Situated on beautiful Krondorf Road, only three minutes from Tanunda, The Kirche offers a tranquil setting for either a long term or short term stay in the famous Barossa Valley. This unique, historical building has been tastefully turned it into superb luxury vineyard accommodation without compromising the wonderful warmth and space evident in its origins. Kirche is German for church. “The Zum Kripplein Christi” Lutheran Church was the centre of village life from 1864 through to the 1950’s.

My parents and I spent two nights here on our way to Adelaide Airport and absolutely loved our stay. The church is stunning, beautifully furnished and thoughtfully decorated, and everything was spotlessly clean.

Absolutely perfect little getaway. The Kirche itself is so gorgeous; peaceful, private, spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. But the attention to detail by Virginia And Charlie are what made it so special.
